Proposed Draft for the Waterfront Master Plan, City of Cornwall

A PowerPoint presentation will be provided by thinc design (Mr. Mike Tocher – Partner) to showcase the final draft of the updated Master Plan for the City’s Waterfront.

Thinc designhas worked closely with the City's Planning Department to develop the new Waterfront Master Plan for discussion/feedback and to seek 'Approval' from PAC/Council.

REVIEW OF PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS BY PAC SECRETARY:

There is no specific notice requirement for the presentation by think design(non-Planning Act item), however, it is posted on the City’s website. A Notice did appear for Public Meeting items 1 and 2 in the Saturday, July 6th, 2019 edition of the Standard-Freeholder and a 400' radius Letter Notice was sent out to land owners around the subject properties on June 25, 2019.
